- Two large size eggs
- teaspoon ¼ of the salt
- teaspoon ¼ of red chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon of the garam masala powder
- ¼ teaspoon of coriander powder
- ⅛ Teaspoon of cumin powder
- ⅛ Teaspoon turmeric powder
- Two tablespoons of chopped tomatoes
- One tablespoon of chopped onions
- One tablespoon of chopped capsicum
- Half green chili chopped
- Coriander leaves fully chopped
- ½-1 tablespoon of the oil or butter
- One and two tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese or as required
Method of Spicy Masala Omelet Recipe:
Step #1
First of all, take a small size bowl, break the eggs, add salt and spice powders, and mix everything very well, using a whisk or a simple fork.

Once your spice powders are mixed in well, just add in the chopped vegetables, some green chili, and chopped coriander leaves, and mix them very well.

After that, in a skillet, you’ve to add half the quantity of oil you are planning to use here, spread it over your skillet, and lightly heat it for one minute.

Now, you have to pour the egg mixture into the skillet, and then spread out the veggies evenly if you want to, and then you can add the shredded mozzarella cheese on its top before the mixture starts getting cooked.
