Ingredients of Spinach Mushroom Sourdough Strata:
- Two tablespoons of unsalted butter
- One medium onion, fully chopped
- Eight ounces of sliced mushrooms
- 1 10-oz. package frozen completely chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- Salt and pepper just to taste
- Eight slices of hearty white bread, cubed
- One and a half cups shredded Swiss cheese
- Two cups of whole milk
- Five large eggs
- One tablespoon of Dijon mustard
The Cooking Method of Spinach Strata:

Firstly preheat your oven to 375°F. And then grease a 2 1/2-quart baking dish with the help of cooking spray. In a large-size skillet, you’ve to melt butter over medium-high heat.
