- One and a half cups of all-purpose flour
- One teaspoon of baking powder
- Half teaspoon salt
- One and 1/4 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats
- Half cup of unsalted butter, fully softened
- 2/3 cup of the firmly packed light brown sugar
- Two large size eggs
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract and half a cup milk
- 3/4 cup of fully chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup of seeds toasted
Method of Banana Oat and Nut Muffins:
