Chickpea Poppers || Two Simple and Healthy Chickpea Poppers Recipes
Chickpea Poppers is a very crispy chickpea with this recipe of battered, fried garbanzos spiked with Thai basil, Sichuan peppercorns, and a unique host of the fragrant spices including cumin and five-spice powder too. Moreover, these crunchy and flavorful poppers that make the best and perfect snacking food or topping for your favorite salad. However, this is naturally high in fiber. Chickpeas also are amazing and versatile bean- they have a great pretty bland flavor by themselves, but become quite tasty with the particular addition of your favorite spices.

Ingredients:
- Some of the Nonstick cooking spray
- Two cans of 5 ounces each, the chickpeas, rinsed and then drained
- Two tablespoons olive oil
- One and a half teaspoons kosher or coarse salt, or more to taste
Recipe:
First of all, you have to preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Then, gently spray a rimmed baking sheet in it with some nonstick cooking spray. After that, you can pat the chickpeas dry with a completely clean dish towel or a few paper towels. Then you have to toss the chickpeas on the baking sheet with the olive oil and salt.
Now you have to bake the chickpeas until they have turned golden brown and shrink slightly, for almost 35 to 40 minutes. They will also harden gently and crisp up as they cool, so you do not over bake them or they will get tough and hard form. Then just taste it for seasoning, adding more salt if it is necessary. In the end, serve the chickpeas warm or at room temperature.

- One tbsp. of olive oil (or coconut oil)
- Some sea salt
- Some chili powder
- Garlic in the powder form
- Onion powder
Instructions:
Firstly preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Then line a simple cookie sheet with a Splat liner to spread well-rinsed chickpeas evenly atop Spat. Now you have to thoroughly pat dry beans with paper towels. The more moisture you want to remove now, the crunchier they will get.
Now you have to drizzle olive oil on beans, spreading it evenly with a basting brush. Heavily sprinkle chickpeas with sea salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. After that you can use a spoon to mix all around the beans, making sure they are all evenly coated with spices. You also have to bake chickpeas for 20-25 minutes, checking periodically to make sure why aren’t burning. beans are becoming a rich golden brown color. Once you notice that they are fully ready, turn off the oven, leave the door slightly open and let sit for a few more minutes. Remove from oven and scoop onto a serving tray if it fully continues to cook further.
You can also let the favorite, one cool and test to make sure it’s crunchy enough for you. If not pop them back into the oven for a few more minutes.
