Ingredients of Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe:
- 6 chicken thighs
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 3 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Buffalo Hot Sauce (optional)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Dredging Mixture:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- One teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- One teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1-quart vegetable oil for frying
Method:
Step #1;
