Italian Gorgonzola Pizza ingredients:
- Caramelized Onions and two teaspoons olive oil
- One yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon of the kosher salt

- One teaspoon of olive oil

Method of Gorgonzola pizza:
Step#1
First of all, preheat your oven to 450 degrees and spray a baking sheet or pizza stone with the best cooking spray.

In a large skillet add just two teaspoons of olive oil and heat over medium heat. After that, add the sliced onion and cook them until it softens and turns golden brown for about ten minutes.
