Best Chèvre, Bacon and Avocado Omelette

Ingredients of Avocado Omelette:
- Half tbsp. butter
- Three eggs fully whisked
- Salt and freshly ground pepper for taste
- 2 oz chèvre (goat cheese), crumbled
- Two strips of thick-cut bacon, cooked until crisp
- ½ avocado and microgreens for the garnish
Method of Avocado, Chèvre, and Bacon omelet:
Step #1
First of all, take a simple fry pan, melt butter over medium/low heat in it and swirl to coat the bottom.
Step #2
In this step, slowly pour the eggs into this pan. Sprinkle it with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper for taste and allow it to cook until these eggs are almost set for about three minutes.

With the help of a large size spatula, you need to carefully flip these eggs and then just remove them from the heat. However, on one-half of the eggs, you can add goat cheese, bacon, and avocado. Fold in half and then simply serve with microgreens.
