Ingredients of Cauliflower Chicken Nachos:
- Half cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 3/ 4 cup of the whole wheat flour
- Half teaspoon of paprika
- Half a teaspoon of oregano
- Half teaspoon of garlic powder
- One head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- One cup of vegan buffalo hot sauce
- Two tablespoons of vegan butter, melted
- Celery, and cashew cheese, just for serving
Method of Loaded Cauliflower Nachos:
Step #1
First of all, you have to preheat the oven to 425°F. After that, add almond milk to a simple and shallow bowl. In a separate shallow bowl, you need to mix flour, paprika, oregano, and garlic powder.

Here you have to prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a piece of cauliflower into the almond milk. And then just tap on the container to make sure that is no excess amount of liquid and then roll it in the flour mixture making sure it’s coated. Again, you have to tap it on the side of the container to make sure that there is no excess amount of flour on it.
