Unique Style Creole Chicken Recipe

Ingredients of Creole Chicken Recipe:
- 5 pounds of the boneless chicken thighs fully chopped into bite-sized chunks
- Three tablespoons of Creole seasoning divided, or just to taste
- Two tablespoons of olive oil divided
- One large size green bell pepper chopped
- One medium-size yellow onion chopped
- One stalk celery chopped and four cloves garlic chopped
- Six ounces of the tomato paste
- 5 ounce can of tomato sauce and just one cup chicken stock
- Two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- Two tablespoons of the Louisiana style hot sauce bonus
- Two bay leaves
- Salt and pepper just to taste
- FOR SERVING: Cooked rice, chopped parsley, sliced peppers, spicy chili flakes, and extra hot sauce for serving
Method of Creamy Chicken cCreole:
Step #1
First of all, you have to season the chopped chicken with almost one tablespoon of Creole seasonings. And get them nice and fully coated.

You have to heat a large size pan to medium heat and then add one tablespoon of olive oil. After that, add the chicken and brown the pieces all over, for about five minutes. Set it aside and cover for some time.

And then, you’ve to just add the remaining olive oil along with the peppers, onion, and celery. Cook them down for almost five minutes to soften them.

Now, you can add the garlic and cook another minute, stirring constantly. After that, you’ve to swirl in the tomato paste and then just cook for another minute.

Now, you need to add all of your chicken in your frying pan along with the best tomato sauce, stock, Worcestershire sauce, some of the hot sauce, Creole seasonings, and two bay leaves. Add some quantity of salt and pepper just to taste.

Finally, stir in it and simmer the sauce for almost twenty minutes to thicken and let the flavors develop completely. You can also simmer it longer in case if you’d like. Now, just remove the bay leaves.
Lastly, you can serve over rice, if want, sprinkled with parsley, extra hot sauce, and some extra peppers.
