Ingredients of best Frozen Pot Roast Recipe:
- 1 2.5-4 lb best-frozen beef roast
- Six medium size potatoes, cut into cubes
- Two medium onions, sliced
- Two large carrots, chopped
- Three cloves garlic smashed
- One can cream of mushroom fully condensed soup
- One can cream of celery fully condensed soup
- One packet onion soup mixture
- One cup frozen peas
Method #1:
Step #1
First of all, you have to place the potatoes, onions, carrots, and garlic in the bottom of your slow cooker, and then just add the frozen roast on its top.

After that take a bowl, and combine the soups and the soup mixture. And then pour over top the roast, spreading it to cover the exposed sides. Set your slow cooker on low, then cover and cook it for ten hours.

Step #1
First of all, you have to pour the broth into the bottom of your Instant Pot. If your roast is fully frozen, then place the trivet in the bottom of the Instant Pot, and then you have to place the roast on top of the trivet.

After that, cover and secure the lid. Make sure that the valve is set to sealing. And then set the pressure cook button (high pressure) to seventy minutes for a two-pound roast and eighty minutes for a three-pound roast and add ten minutes for each additional pound of roast. While this meat is cooking, you have to prepare the vegetables. When the timer beeps perform a fast release, moving the valve from sealing to venting.

In this step, open the lid and remove the trivet. After that, place the meat in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Season this meat with half of the steak seasoning. Add it to the potatoes and carrots and then season them with the rest of the steak seasoning. Cover your pot and secure the lid. Make sure that the valve is on sealing. Cook it on manual (high pressure) for another four to five minutes. Let your pot sit for at least ten minutes after the timer beeps before releasing its pressure. Now you have to release the pressure by moving the valve to the vent.
After that, scoop the vegetables and arrange them on the sides of a platter. Slice or shred the meat and then place it in the middle of the platter. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
